JBL
Consumer audio · managed by Net Publicidad · Growth plan

The challenge
JBL's catalog in the region is managed by performance agency Net Publicidad. The team was constantly putting out fires in the feed: missing GTINs, inconsistent titles across speakers, headphones and soundbars, and prices that drifted between the source and what Google Shopping was actually serving.
Approval rate in Google Merchant Center hovered around 71% and the feed error rate sat at 18.4%. Every campaign launch turned into a manual spreadsheet exercise that ate into the time the team should have been spending on growth.
The solution
Net Publicidad connected JBL's product source to IRONFEED and rebuilt the export pipeline with master fields and conditional rules. Titles now combine brand, product line, model and key spec in the order Google ranks best for audio queries.
Lookup tables map the internal product hierarchy to Google's taxonomy. Filter rules automatically exclude out-of-stock SKUs and edge-case variants before they ever reach Merchant Center.
Validation surfaces every issue before publishing, so the team fixes problems inside IRONFEED instead of chasing disapprovals in Merchant Center.
The results
"We used to spend our days putting out fires in the feed. With IRONFEED the catalog maintains itself, products reach every channel clean, and we can finally focus on growing instead of exporting spreadsheets."
