These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of IRONFEED ("Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

By accessing the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Service description
IRONFEED is a software-as-a-service product that allows ecommerce teams to import, transform and export product feeds to advertising and shopping channels.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access, reverse-engineer or scrape the Service, upload data you do not have rights to, or interfere with the Service's operation.
5. Billing & subscriptions
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
7. Intellectual property
IRONFEED and its underlying technology are owned by us. You retain ownership of all data you upload.
8. Service availability
We target 99.9% uptime. Enterprise customers receive an SLA.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IRONFEED is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Warranty disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
11. Changes to terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which IRONFEED is incorporated.
