This Privacy Policy explains how IRONFEED ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our product feed management platform.
1. Data we collect
Account data: name, email address, password (hashed), company name and billing information.
Product data: the product catalog data you import into IRONFEED for the purpose of generating feeds.
Usage data: log data, IP addresses, device and browser information, pages visited and actions taken in the product.
Cookies: essential cookies for authentication and session management, and analytics cookies (which you may opt out of).
2. How we use your data
- To provide and operate the IRONFEED service
- To process payments and manage your subscription
- To respond to support requests
- To send transactional emails (account, billing, security)
- To send product updates (you can opt out at any time)
- To improve product performance and detect abuse
3. Third parties
We share data only with the third parties necessary to provide the service: cloud hosting, payment processor, email service provider, and analytics. Each third party is bound by a Data Processing Agreement.

We use essential cookies and analytics cookies. We do not use advertising cookies.
5. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
If you are in the EU, UK or California, you have the right to access, correct, delete, export and object to processing of your personal data. Email privacy@ironfeed.app.
6. Data retention
We retain your account data for the duration of your subscription. On cancellation, all customer data is deleted within 30 days.
7. Data security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Access to production systems requires two-factor authentication.
8. International transfers
Where required (e.g. EU to US), we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses to ensure adequate protection.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated by email and posted on this page.
