Shopify to Meta Ads & Instagram Shop Feed Integration
Meta rejects catalogs quietly: items go out of stock, images fall below the resolution bar and Pixel content IDs stop matching feed IDs. IRONFEED normalizes all three before Commerce Manager ingests the feed.
Feed Advantage+ catalog ads with high-resolution images and price and currency formatting that matches Pixel events.
Why the default Shopify sync breaks
Pixel and feed IDs diverge
Shopify fires variant IDs while the catalog carries SKUs. Meta cannot match events to products, so retargeting audiences stay empty.
Images below Meta's resolution bar
Thumbnail URLs from theme templates are downsized. Meta downgrades or rejects those items in dynamic ads.
Availability and currency drift
Multi-currency stores export mixed formats, and out-of-stock variants stay listed, which suppresses delivery on Advantage+.
Live in three steps
Connect your store
Authorize IRONFEED through the platform app or a scoped API key. The catalog is read directly, with no export files to maintain.
Set transformation rules
Map fields, build titles, normalize images and prices, and define custom label and exclusion rules once. They run on every sync.
Publish the live feed URL
Register the IRONFEED URL in the destination channel. Every refresh delivers a validated catalog with no manual re-upload.

Meta Ads errors this integration prevents
Pixel and catalog price/currency mismatch
The pixel reads the rendered storefront price (already localized) while the catalog carries the raw database price. Different rounding, currency symbols or decimal separators put the two out of sync even when the underlying amount is identical.
View fix & ruleImage resolution is too low (< 500x500)
Storefront platforms serve derivative image sizes through URL parameters or filename suffixes. Feed exports commonly reuse the listing thumbnail rather than requesting the original asset from the CDN.
View fix & ruleUniversal product code or availability is missing
Availability is a controlled vocabulary in the Meta catalog spec, but most store exports emit whatever the inventory system stores — a boolean, a localized word, or a stock count. Meta does not coerce those values, so the field is treated as absent.
