Channels: create and manage output feeds
Add Google Shopping, Meta, TikTok, Criteo or Custom channels per country, read the channel table and health pill, and pause, review, copy or delete a channel.
A channel is one output feed for one destination and one country. A shop can have as many channels as your plan allows. Each channel has its own field mapping, filters, categories, generated file and Feed URL.
Add a channel
Open Channels → Add Channel and fill the dialog:

Criteo feeds are generated in Google XML format, which Criteo Commerce Growth accepts directly. Create Channel opens the wizard at Map Fields.
The channel wizard
Five steps, shown as a stepper at the top of every channel page:
- Map Fields — Channel mapping
- Include/Exclude — Include / exclude products
- Categorize — Categorization; skipped for Custom Feed channels
- Processing — the feed is generated
- Feed Review — Feed review, then Export
You can click any step to go back. Save Changes keeps you on the step; Save and Proceed saves and moves on.
The channels table
Summary tiles show the number of channels, the total products included and the average health. Columns:

Health pill thresholds: score below 70 or status errors → red Fix issues; below 95 or status issues → amber Review issues; otherwise green Healthy.
A search box appears once a shop has five or more channels. Columns are sortable.
Channel statuses

| Issues | Generated with warnings |
| Errors | Products with errors; some may be excluded |
| Processing | Generation in progress |
| Paused | The feed stops updating; the last file keeps being served until you reactivate |
Actions
- Show Feed — Opens a page rendering the generated XML.
- Copy Feed URL — Copies
https://feed.ironfeed.app/feed/<token>to the clipboard. - Review Feed — Opens Feed Review.
- Edit Channel — Change display name or settings.
- Pause Channel — Confirmation dialog; the feed stops updating. Reactivate resumes it.
- Delete Channel — Permanently deletes the channel and all its field mappings. This cannot be undone; the Feed URL stops working.
