Plans, trial and billing
Compare IRONFEED plan limits (shops, SKUs, feeds, seats, SFTP, support), understand the 14-day trial, Stripe vs Shopify billing, invoices, upgrades and subscription statuses.
Plans are managed under Settings → Plans. Current prices are listed on the public pricing page; this page explains what each plan includes and how billing works.

Free trial
Every new account starts a 14-day trial with no credit card. Feed URLs are served during the trial. When the trial ends without a subscription, the Plans page shows "Your trial has ended — choose a plan to resume your feeds" and Feed URLs return HTTP 410 until a plan is active. A banner in the app shows the days left.
Billing providers

Monthly or annual
Toggle Monthly / Annual on the Plans page. Annual billing is discounted ("Save up to 20 %") and shown as a per-month equivalent.
Upgrade, downgrade, cancel
- The current plan is highlighted with Active. Higher tiers show Upgrade, lower tiers Downgrade.
- Changes take effect through the checkout / charge approval flow.
- Cancellation stops renewal at the end of the current period; feeds keep being served until then.
Subscription statuses

Usage and quotas
Usage (SKUs, exports, AI categorization calls) is counted per billing period. When you approach or exceed a limit you receive usage warning / usage exceeded emails and a Quota exceeded alert. Upgrade from Plans to raise the limits.
