Steps 4–5 — Processing and Feed Review
Understand feed generation, the Feed Review summary, the 16 issue types with severities, the channel health score and how to fix issues from the mapping.
Processing generates the channel feed; Feed Review shows the quality analysis of that generation. Every generation, whether started from the wizard, from Export, after an import or after saving Master Fields, produces a fresh review.
Processing
Entering the Processing step always regenerates the feed. A progress bar runs while mappings, filters and categories are applied to every product and the XML file is written; generation usually finishes in well under two minutes. When it completes you see "Congratulations!" and a Review Feed button. Products with an empty required value are skipped and counted.
Feed Review summary
Three cards: Ready to publish (products included), Fix required (products with at least one error) and Warnings (products with warnings). If there are no issues you see "Your feed is in great shape!".
Issue types
Issues are grouped by type, sorted by severity, each group showing how many products it affects and a table of Product ID · Field · Message · Go to mapping. Up to 50 rows are listed per group.

Severities:
| Severity | Meaning |
|---|---|
| error | The product is likely to be disapproved by the platform, or was skipped. Fix before publishing. |
| warning | The product is included but the platform may limit its visibility. |
| info | Optimization hints. |
Health score
Each generation computes a 0–100 health score from the review results. The channels table colours it: below 70 → Fix issues; below 95 → Review issues; otherwise Healthy. The shop status reflects the worst channel.
Fixing issues
Click Go to mapping on any row to open Map Fields for that channel. Most issues are solved by mapping a missing field, adding a Change values rule (strip HTML, recapitalize, truncate with Replace) or excluding the affected products. Click Re-run Review to regenerate and refresh the results.
