Team and roles
Invite teammates to your IRONFEED workspace and control access with five roles: Organization Admin, Organization Manager, Organization Member, Shop Admin and Shop Member.
Teammates are managed under Settings → Users Management. Each user has one role. Organization roles apply to every shop in the workspace; Shop roles apply only to the shops you select.
Invite a user

Open Users Management → Add User

Enter the email address and pick a role
For Shop Admin or Shop Member, select one or more shops. - 3
Send
The invitee receives an email with a link (/invite/<token>) that expires; they create a password and land in your workspace. A welcome email confirms the access.
Pending invitations are listed with their status. You can edit a user's role and shops, or remove a user (a confirmation dialog explains the consequences).
Roles

The account owner is always an Organization Admin.
Seats
Starter and Growth include one seat (the owner). Scale, Agency and Enterprise include unlimited seats. Invitations beyond the seat limit are rejected with a message.
Agency setup
Create one shop per client, invite the client's marketer as Shop Member on that shop only, and keep your own team as Organization Managers. Clients see only their catalog; your team sees everything.
