Step 2 — Include / exclude products
Decide which products enter a channel with Include or Exclude rules, AND/OR groups, 24 operators, variant-level exclusions and copy-from-channel.
Include/Exclude Products decides which of the shop's products appear in this channel's feed. Filters are per channel, so you can send your whole catalog to Google and only in-stock items to Meta.
Filter rule
Two selectors define the base behaviour:

Building rules
With Only IF selected, the rule builder appears under the label ONLY IF.
- A rule is
field · operator · value. Fields are searchable; the value box suggests real values found in your products (e.g.in stock,out of stock). - Rules inside the same box are joined with OR (click + OR).
- Boxes are joined with AND (click + AND).
- Delete a rule with the trash icon; an empty box is removed automatically.
Operators: is equal to · is not equal to · includes · doesn't include · is blank · is not blank · starts with · doesn't start with · ends with · doesn't end with · is greater than · is greater or equal to · is less than · is less or equal to · is between · is not between · is longer than · is shorter than · matches regexp · doesn't match regexp · is in list · is not in list · is in list (regexp) · is not in list (regexp). Semantics are described under Condition operators.

The Exclude Associated Variants tab removes specific variants (sizes, colors) of a parent product while keeping the others. Rules here start from item_group_id. This tab requires an item_group_id master field: if it is missing, a dialog ("Rule Missing") links you to Master Fields to add it.
Copy from another channel
Copy from Another Channel replaces the current include/exclude and variant rules with those of another channel in the same shop. Use it to keep Google and Meta aligned.
Saving
Save Changes stores the filters. Save and Proceed stores them and opens Categorize (or Processing for Custom Feed channels). The Preview button on this step is not available yet.
