Shops: add and manage your catalogs
Create a shop in IRONFEED with the five-step wizard, understand shop statuses and navigate Master Fields, Channels, Shop Settings and Shop Products.
A shop is one product catalog. Everything else in IRONFEED — master fields, channels, schedules, alerts — belongs to a shop. Create one shop per catalog (per store, per brand, or per client if you are an agency).
The Shops list
/shops lists every shop you can access with its number, name, status badge, product count, channel count and last import time. Click a shop to open it; use Add Shop to create a new one.
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| OK | Last import succeeded and every channel is healthy. |
| Issues | A channel has warnings. Feeds are still served. |
| Errors | A channel has errors or the last import failed. Check the banner inside the shop. |
| Processing | An import or generation is running. |
| On Hold | The shop is paused. |
The status shown for a shop reflects its worst channel (errors > issues > processing > ok > paused). When a channel drags the status down, the shop header says "(reflects worst channel)".

Shop Name
Internal only, up to 255 characters. You can rename it later. - 2

Choose the source and how to reach it. Details on the Input feed page. - 3
Updates Schedule
Timezone, daily update times and drop protection. Then Save and Download Products runs the first import. - 4

Channels
Add your first destination. See Channels.
If the first import fails you see the error message with Adjust schedule and Retry import buttons. Typical causes are listed under Troubleshooting.
Inside a shop
The left sub-navigation ("Feed Management") gives you:

The breadcrumb on Master Fields includes a Switch shop dropdown so you can jump between catalogs.
Import problems
When the last import fails, a red banner "Your last import had a problem" appears on the shop pages with the exact error and a Go to Input Feed link. Master Fields and Channels cannot read source fields until at least one import has succeeded ("Import your feed first").
